SUMMER COURSES : ART HISTORY
The summer courses of the LABA are one-month courses held in July and September. Each course is about 40 hours of lessons (3/4 lessons per week); at the end of the course students are issued with an attendance certificate. Our Academy helps foreign students in finding the accommodation in Florence
THE RENAISSANCE IN FLORENCE
The summer course in Art history of the LABA reviewes one of the richest period from an artistic point of view of Florence.
Through an iconographic programme, which also includes visits to monuments and museums that have the most important works of art, the creative path of the following artists will be historically and artistically analyzed: Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Raffaello Sanzio, Donatello, Lorenzo Ghiberti, Filippo Brunelleschi e Leon Battista Alberti.
